Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist / Supervisorto join our day shift team.This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys machining, mentoring others, and ensuring quality and productivity on the workshop floor.About the RoleAs our CNC Machinist / Supervisor, you will be responsible for operating and supervising CNC machining activities while supporting the day-to-day performance of the production team.
You will play a key role in maintaining quality standards, meeting production schedules, and driving continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC machining centres.Supervise and support a team of machinists during day shift operations.Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery deadlines are achieved.Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.Read and interpret engineering drawings.Troubleshoot machining and production issues.Maintain a safe, organised,



and efficient workshop environment.Assist with process improvements and workflow optimisation.CNC programming (preferred but not essential).
