Paramount is seeking an HR Operations Analyst to join our Sydney (Pyrmont) team.
You will analyze HR data, manage employee lifecycle processes, and support payroll and systems across APAC.
The role involves ServiceNow ticketing, audits, and collaborating with internal teams to drive process improvements.You will work with SuccessFactors/ADP WFM, maintain SLA performance, and support onboarding and harmonization of HR data while handling confidential information with discretion.
