The job tasks and responsibilities will include:Prepare coffees and other beverages to a consistently high standard.Ensure coffee and beverage areas are clean, maintained to a high standard, and comply with health regulations.Undertake general waiting duties.
Take orders and make recommendations on food and beverage pairing.
Take reservations, greet and seat guests.Ensure responsible service of alcohol requirements are always adhered to along with a current RSA certificate.Work as part of a team and achieve team outcomes.The applicant will be required to work Monday - Friday daytime shifts only .
No night or weekend shifts.The position is available for applicants with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar quick paced, quality service restaurant.Permanent Australian work authorisation is required for this position.
