We're looking for aCasual and Part-Time Client Services Team Memberto join our reception team at Melbourne Veterinary Specialist Centre (MVSC).
You'll be one of the first people our clients, referring veterinarians and visitors interact with,



making this a vital role within our hospital.What's on offerCasual or Part time role (3 - 4 days per week)No public holidaysSome Saturday shiftsSupportive team cultureInteresting and varied caseloadAbout the roleThis is a busy and rewarding client services role within a multi-disciplinary specialist veterinary hospital.Based primarily at our Glen Waverley hospital, you'll also work fortnightly shifts at our Essendon Fields clinic and participate in a rotating Saturday roster.Key responsibilities include:Welcoming clients and visitorsProviding exceptional customer serviceManaging a busy phone systemScheduling appointmentsEmail communication with clients and referring clinicsMaintaining accurate recordsProcessing paymentsGeneral reception and administrative dutiesAbout youPrevious reception, administration or customer service experienceVeterinary or healthcare experience highly regardedStrong communication and organisational skillsCompassionate and professional approach to clientsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentAble to work across both locationsAvailable for occasional Saturday shiftsPositive, team-focused attitudeIf you enjoy building relationships, providing exceptional service and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
