we are excited to offer these opportunities for Parts Interpreters to join our successful and growing dealerships in Pakenham.What You'll Be Doing:Interpreting and processing parts requirements for internal and external customersLiaising with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely supply of partsManaging stock levels and ordering parts from suppliersInvoicing and maintaining accurate records in the parts systemProviding exceptional customer service at the front counter and over the phoneEnsuring parts are received, stored, and dispatched correctlyWhat We're Looking For:Previous experience in a similar Spare Parts role (preferably in an automotive dealership environment)Strong communication and customer service skillsExcellent attention to detail and organisationAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentKnowledge of automotive parts and systems (Mazda & GWM experience highly regarded)Sound computer skills and experience with inventory software systemsWhat We Offer:A secure, full time position with career progression opportunitiesSupportive and friendly team cultureOngoing training and developmentModern facilities and a well-established customer baseOpportunity to be part of a reputable and growing automotive group
