Stock & Clinic Logistics Coordinator (Part-Time)
Join the Action Rehab team and play a key role in keeping our clinics across Victoria, Current South Wales and Queensland fully stocked, organised, and operational.
We are seeking an organised, reliable and proactive individual to take ownership of stock management, clinic supplies and new clinic setups across our growing network of 40+ locations.
This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys organisation, logistics and problem-solving.
This role would be an excellent opportunity for a university student studying business, logistics, supply chain management, health sciences or a related field who is looking to gain practical experience within a growing national healthcare organisation.
A fully maintained company vehicle is provided for work‐related travel.
Key Responsibilities
Stock Management & Distribution
Manage and monitor stock levels across all clinic locations.
Coordinate stock ordering, deliveries and transfers between clinics.
Receive, unpack, organise and distribute stock from Head Office.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory systems.
Identify opportunities to improve stock management processes and efficiencies.
Liaise with clinic managers to ensure stock requirements are met promptly.
Ensure clinics maintain appropriate stock levels without excess inventory or waste.
Build and maintain solid relationships with suppliers.
Obtain quotes and source cost‐effective products and equipment.




Monitor supplier performance, pricing and delivery timeframes.
Research alternative suppliers and products where appropriate.
Current Clinic Setup & Relocations
Coordinate the setup of new clinic locations.
Source furniture, equipment and clinic supplies.
Organise deliveries, installations and transport requirements.
Assist with clinic relocations and fit‐outs where required.
Ensure new clinics are fully equipped and operational by planned launch dates.
Clinic & Facilities Support
Coordinate minor maintenance requests across clinic locations.
Arrange repairs, replacements and servicing where required.
Support clinics with operational equipment and supply requirements.
Assist with maintaining an organised and efficient Head Office stock area.

A proactive, hands‐on approach with strong problem‐solving skills.
Confidence communicating with suppliers, clinic managers and external contractors.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
Full driver's licence (essential).
