This role focuses on coordinating sea freight shipments, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent service to our clientsKey Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end export process for sea freight shipmentsPrepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading and export declarationsCoordinate with carriers, freight forwarders,



and clients to ensure timely shipment schedulesTrack shipments and provide regular updates to clientsMonitor compliance with customs regulations and internal proceduresLiaise with internal teams to resolve operational issues quicklyMaintain accurate records in the company systemQualifications and Experience:Previous experience in sea freight operationsStrong knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and complianceExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient with CargowisePlease Note:This position is only open to Australian residents.
