We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Nursery Hands and Tractor Operators to join our friendly team, with positions available at our bareroot nursery at Yellingbo and retail dispatch site in Silvan.Whether you're an experienced farm worker, school leaver, or simply someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work, we'd love to hear from you.Please note: We are currently unable to accept Working Holiday Visa holders, as these positions are permanent full-time rolesAbout the RoleNo two days are the same at Graham's Factree.
You will be involved in a variety of nursery and farm operations throughout the year, helping us produce quality fruit trees for growers across Australia.No experience is necessary – just a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
Full training is provided by our experienced management team.Your duties may include and not limited to:Budding and graftingTree cultivation and maintenancePlanting and propagationIrrigation installation and maintenanceWeeding and general farm upkeepLoading trucks and preparing orders for dispatchTractor operationsGeneral nursery and orchard tasksWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking people who are:Reliable,
