X-Golf is Australia's largest indoor golf entertainment business, and because of on new opening becoming available, we are looking for a current Casual Team Member to join our high performing team in Geelong.Our venue is well established in the Geelong community and is going through a phase of continued growth and change.With 5 state-of-the-art golf simulators, a full bar and service area, topped off by options for all day long entertainment, X- Golf Geelong is one of the go-to destinations for year-round indoor entertainment.The Role:The role will be reporting to and receiving support from the Venue Operations Manager, and will be responsible for the following,



but not limited to:Ensuring a high standard of customer experience driving venue successWorking events and collaborating with venue staff to ensure that events run smoothlyDeveloping and maintaining relationships with key stakeholdersLiaising with the Venue Operations Manager, Managing Director and support staff in regard to venue operationsUnderstanding and maintaining golf simulators on a day-to-day basisAssisting with maintaining the Point of Sale (POS) system and ensuringaccuracy of data entryOpenning & Closing of the VenueTo be successful in your application, you will be able to demonstrate all, if not a combination of the following:Flexibility across seven operating daysAvailability and competance to work independantlyCurrent RSA certificateBasic computer, technology, and word processing skillsIn return X-Golf Geelong can provide you with:Regular hours for the right applicantOpportunity for growth over time
