About the Role
As the Yard/Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse and yard, ensuring safety, productivity, and efficiency while leading by example.
Shift:
Monday to Friday
3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Location:
Banksmeadow, NSW (near Port Botany)
Pay Rate:
$***** - $***** per hour + Shift Penalties
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse and yard operations.
Lead, support, and motivate warehouse staff.
Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
Ensure all loading, unloading, and stock movements are completed accurately.




Maintain a protected, organized, and productive work environment.
Monitor workflow and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all workplace health and safety procedures.
Work closely with management to achieve operational targets.
To Be Successful, You Must Have
Current LF Forklift License (mandatory).
Exceptional forklift operating skills and experience.
Previous experience working in warehouse and yard operations.
Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A proactive, reliable, and solutions‐focused attitude.
Excellent organizational and problem‐solving abilities.
The ability to work independently while leading a team.
