feel free to apply.All staff must have a NDIS clearance or be prepared to undertake one prior to commencement.About the RoleThe Lifestyle Assistant co‐facilitates group and individual activities based on each resident's assessed needs and preferences so that each resident may achieve during their daily living activities.Preferable memory support unit experience and understanding of the lifestyle needs of residents who are cognitively impaired.The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team setting.Qualifications & experienceExperience working in a lifestyle / recreational roleCertificate 4 in Leisure and Health, Cert 3 in individual support or similar.Sound computer skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsEligibility to work in Australia (compulsory)Tasks & responsibilitiesThe right person will demonstrate a good understanding and passion for making a real difference in the lives of our residents.Will work with residents to identify their individual interests and strengths.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and develop a rapport with our specialised cohort of residents.You will be proactive, energetic and have a focus on the individual.Supporting the Lifestyle Coordinator and the rest of the TeamNot for profit salary packagingA very supportive Lifestyle Coordinator and Management group.Become a part of a wonderful team who love what we do.
