This is a hands‐on role with full training provided, making it ideal for someone looking to develop new skills in a supportive environment.About the RoleKey responsibilities include:Loading swimming pools onto trucks for local Victorian deliveriesUnloading pool shells delivered from our Newcastle facilityConducting quality control inspections and detailing of pool shells prior to deliveryAssisting with the maintenance and presentation of the storage yard and facilitiesWorking safely around lifting operations and transport activitiesPerforming repetitive lifting and handling tasks as part of daily operationsSkills & RequirementsDogman Ticket (Essential)Limited experience is welcome – full on-the-job training will be providedStrong work ethic and willingness to learnAbility to work safely and follow proceduresPhysically fit and capable of performing repetitive tasksForklift Licence (Desirable but not essential)What We OfferFull training and ongoing supportTravel allowance/bonus for daily travel to TaturaStable, long‐term employment opportunityFriendly and supportive team environmentOpportunity to develop valuable industry skillsIf you're looking for a practical, hands‐on role and are keen to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
