Frankston NISSAN, HOLDEN, GMSV, SUZUKI, KGM, ISUZU UTE, RENAULT.About the roleWe are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Receptionist to join our agile team at Bay City Auto Group in Frankston.Monday-Friday 8.00am - 4.06pmKey Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers, attending to all queries, bookings and questionsSchedule and coordinate service appointments to maximize workshop productivityEnsure customer satisfactionMaintain detailed records of all service and repair activities.What we're looking forMinimum 12 months' experience as a Service Receptionist in the automotive industry is preferred but not essential, training will be provided to the right applicant.ERA/Pentana experience preferred but not mandatoryStrong customer service and communication skills,
