Job Description:We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Production Workers, and Machine Operators, to work at our blue-chip client sites, specialising in the dairy and food industry, located in Botany, Sydney.As a Production Worker you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of dairy products.Key ResponsibilitiesFood Production: Operate machinery and equipment to produce high-quality food products.Quality Control: Ensure all products meet company standards and food safety regulations.Packaging: Efficiently pack and label products for distribution.Hygiene Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to hygiene protocols.Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to achieve production goals.Skill & ExperienceExperience: Prior experience in a food production or food manufacturing environment is highly desirable.Technical Skills:



Proficient in operating and troubleshooting machinery to ensure smooth production processes.Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in work.Physical Stamina: Capable of performing repetitive tasks and handling heavy loads with ease.
Heavy lifting up to 25 Kgs.Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team.Food Safety Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of food safety regulations and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practices.Chiller environment: Must be comfortable working in a chiller workplace between 5°C and 8°C.Why Join Us?
