You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships with both customers and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.Your core responsibilities will include:Provide timely and effective assistance to clients regarding transportation, including shipment status, tracking and delivery schedulesAddress and resolve customer complaints, issues,
