What you'll be doing
Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and qualified manner
Scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling telephone inquiries
Assisting with the administration of the medical practice
Ensuring the reception area is well-organized and presentable at all times
Collaborating with the clinical team to provide a seamless patient experience
Handling confidential information with the utmost care and discretion
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar customer service role
***** hours over 2-3 shifts may include an evening
Someone who has definate Monday availability.




Someone who can work 1-2 weekend shifts per month
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
Proficiency in using medical practice management software and basic computer skills
A genuine interest in healthcare and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
A team-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively with the medical staff
