Sheforce is seeking two motivated individuals to join our host employer on a major rail infrastructure project as a Safety Administration Trainee.
This is an entry‐level opportunity designed for candidates with a genuine interest in construction and rail, offering structured training, mentoring and on‐the‐job learning.About the RoleBased at the rail project site in Box Hill and Heatherton you will support day‐to‐day safety administration and learn how Work Health and Safety operates in a live construction environment.
Under supervision, you will:Assist with daily, weekly and monthly safety inspections and auditsSupport hazard reporting, incident recording and corrective action trackingHelp maintain safety documentation, registers and training recordsAssist with SWMS, JSAs, risk assessments and compliance checksEnter data and support workflows in digital safety systemsParticipate in toolbox talks, pre‐starts and safety briefingsSupport environmental monitoring activitiesContribute to safety culture and continuous improvement initiativesThis role combines administrative tasks with hands‐on exposure to site safety operations.Training & DevelopmentYou will complete the Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety, gaining skills in:Hazard identification and risk controlIncident reporting and investigationWHS legislation and complianceInspections,
