We combine traditional Italian coffee flavours with the knowledge, sourcing, roasting, and craftsmanship of Melbourne Specialty Coffee.
In August ****, Caffe Ducale will open its second espresso bar in Southland Westfield.
The Espresso bar will focus on both dine in and take-away high-volume coffee and freshly roasted retail coffee, bringing together up-to-date coffee equipment with unique Italian styled architecture and design.
We're looking for a passionate team of Baristas to join our team, brewing delicious coffee with a focus on a fun and engaging customer experience.
This Position Offers:

Part-time or Full-time Employment types available
You will be perfect for this role if you have:
A passion for specialty coffee and hospitality
High quality barista skills (latte art, dialling in, trouble-shooting etc.)
A strong work ethic with a customer focused attitude
A positive and professional demeanour
An excitement and ability to engage with customers about our coffee, menu and brand.
The ability to work minimum three days a week including weekends
