About the Role: Marketing & Public Relations Administrator
Porsche Cars Australia is seeking a highly organised administrator with strong financial acumen and a passion for marketing.
Reporting to the Director - Marketing & Public Relations, this position is responsible for coordinating a broad range of activities across finance administration, supplier management, project coordination, reporting and executive support.
The role works closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, suppliers, dealerships and the wider Porsche network to ensure efficient processes and exceptional execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage purchase order and invoice processes, including supplier onboarding, reconciliations and payment follow-up.
Support budget management, forecasting, reporting, accruals and expense tracking across the Marketing & PR department.
Coordinate customer invoicing, dealer recharges, credit notes and financial administration activities.
Maintain and distribute marketing materials, point-of-sale collateral and dealer support resources.
Publish dealer bulletins on behalf of the Marketing & PR team.
Support marketing campaigns, social media reporting and project management activities through platforms such as Asana and Wrike.
Provide administrative support for events, conferences and marketing initiatives.




Assist with diary management, meeting coordination and travel expense reconciliation for the Director - Marketing & Public Relations.
Maintain department calendars, reporting systems and operational documentation.
Coordinate supplier, agency and stakeholder communications to ensure projects remain on track.
What You Offer
Previous experience in an administration, coordinator or marketing support role.
Strong financial and numerical skills, including exposure to budgets, invoicing, reconciliations and reporting.
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence building relationships with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
A proactive approach and willingness to support a variety of marketing and business activities.
Experience supporting marketing teams, events or communications functions will be highly regarded.
