This is a surface coatings role.
You'll be installing acrylic sports court systems, decorative and coloured surface treatments, high friction surface treatments and permeable paving across a wide range of sites, from council courts and carparks through to live construction projects and roadworks.
The work is mostly day shift.
Night shifts come up from time to time when a job calls for it, and overtime is regularly available with our projects often requiring us to stay onsite until works are completed.
We service sites all over the state, so overnight and multi-day stays are required from time to time.
Existing surface coating experience isn't required, but it's highly valued.
What matters more is a willingness to learn, attention to detail, and a genuine drive to do quality work.

Your day would include:
Driving vehicles to site
Preparing surfaces, including cleaning, masking and setting out
Applying GreenSet acrylic sports court systems (base, cushion, texture and colour coats, plus court line marking)
Applying StreetBond and StreetPrint decorative coatings
Applying coloured surface treatments and high friction surface treatments
Installing permeable paving
Mixing multi-component products accurately to specification
Reading and interpreting construction drawings
Operating application equipment and hand tools
Assisting with equipment and machinery maintenance and cleaning
Working to Ozmarks Group management system and OHS requirements
We're looking for people with:
A strong work ethic
Good communication skills
Ability to work away, and the occasional weekend or night shift
Manual car licence
White card
Valid Australian work rights including citizenship, permanent residency, or appropriate work visa
It's a bonus if you have:
Experience in surface coatings, sports court surfacing, decorative concrete or asphalt treatments
A trade background with transferable hand skills (painting, landscaping, concreting, rendering, tiling)
Heavy Vehicle Licence
