Experienced Kitchen Chef – Bar Elvina, Avalon BeachBar Elvina is looking for an experienced, reliable Kitchen Chef seeking a long-term position within our team.We are on the hunt for someone confident and independent who can take ownership of the kitchen when the Head Chef is away.
You must be comfortable holding the pass, managing service, maintaining quality and consistency, and opening or closing the kitchen without supervision.You'll be a great fit if you:Have solid experience in a rapid-paced commercial kitchenCan confidently run the pass and lead a service independentlyCan open and close the kitchen without supervisionMaintain high standards of food quality, presentation and portion controlAre organised, dependable and calm under pressureUnderstand stock management, COGS, food safety and kitchen proceduresAre looking to commit to a stable, long-term roleAre available to work evenings and weekendsBar Elvina is a busy neighbourhood kitchen & bar serving seasonal, Mediterranean-inspired food in the heart of Avalon Beach.
