As a Customer Experience team member, you will be the face of our world-class customer service team.
Joining us at our Brisbane-based office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, helping them get the most out of our innovative products.
This is a full-time role based in our Eagle Farm office.
What you'll be doing
Answering inbound calls and emails from customers, providing friendly, knowledgeable and efficient assistance
Troubleshooting customer issues and identifying solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction
Organizing warranty replacements and services as set out in BAF guideline
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
Escalating complex issues to relevant teams as needed
Assisting with other customer service tasks as required
What we're looking for
A positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and written
A solution-focused mindset when approaching problems
Needs to be comfortable talking on the phone
Can accurately enter data into systems
