Key Responsibilities:
Manage the delivery of multiple, fast-paced commercial fitout projects concurrently.
Mentor junior site staff, providing technical guidance and performance leadership.
Coordinate all in office trades to ensure strict adherence to accelerated programs.
Champion site safety, conducting inductions and maintaining high WHS standards.
Liaise with stakeholders and designers to resolve technical site issues immediately.
What You'll Bring:
Extensive experience managing high-end commercial or office fitout projects.
Proven capability in mentoring and developing junior site-based professionals.
Sharp eye for detail and a "high-finish" mindset for premium workspace delivery.
Excellent scheduling skills with the ability to manage tight, 4-8 week programs.




Relevant trade background or tertiary qualification in Construction Management.
