As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to individuals with disabilities, helping them to achieve their personal goals and live independently.
This is a casual position, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle.What you'll be doing:Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasksAccompanying clients to appointments, social activities, and community eventsFacilitating and encouraging client participation in recreational and educational programsMonitoring client progress and reporting any changes or concerns to the care teamAdvocating for client rights and ensuring their needs are metMaintaining accurate records and documentation as requiredWhat we're looking forRelevant experience in the disability or aged care sector, or a strong desire to work in this fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clientsA compassionate, patient,
