We are seeking a Cook to join the culinary team with Polish specific quizine at Polish Retirement Home on a casual basis.

Based in Bayswater, VIC ****, you will contribute to the health, wellbeing and satisfaction of our community through thoughtful food preparation and a commitment to excellence in the kitchen.Key responsibilitiesPrepare and cook meals according to established recipes, menus and dietary requirementsEnsure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, hygiene and presentationMaintain a clean and organised kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulationsStore food items appropriately and monitor stock levels to prevent wasteAccommodate special dietary needs, cultural preferences and nutritional requirements of residentsFollow food safety and sanitation protocols at all timesWork collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal serviceReport any equipment faults or maintenance issues promptlyWhat we're looking forProven experience as a Cook or in a similar culinary role, ideally within a hospitality, aged care or institutional settingStrong knowledge of food preparation,
