JOB DESCRIPTIONResponsible for carrying out general garden maintenance on customer properties to a very high standard and care, along with assisting the Aloe There Gardening team in the delivery of garden tidy up projects.PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESPerform tasks (eg. pruning, planting, pest and disease control and turf management) using correct horticultural practices.Mowing, edging and maintenance of customer lawnsWeed gardens and paths as requiredWater and feed lawns and gardens as requestedSweeping/blowing of paths and hard surfacesAssist in landscape and garden tidy up projects as requiredAssist with removal of green and hard waste as requiredHedging and trimming of shrubs and treesEnsure gardening equipment is operated safely, carefully and is maintainedUnderstand and ensure the implementation of Aloe There Gardening company values - Safety, Quality, Reliability, Communication,
