Shift: 3AM to 5AM start - Monday to Friday - 10 hour shifts

About the Role
As a Crew Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading a small team of poultry workers at farm sites.
You'll ensure the job is done safely, efficiently, and in line with animal welfare and biosecurity standards.
This is a hands‐on role — you'll be working alongside your crew, setting the pace, and making sure every job is done right driving a crew truck & all terrain forklift on farm.
Your day‐to‐day will include:
Leading and engaging your crew on‐site




Driving HR vehicles to and from sites
Operating and transporting forklifts between farms
Liaising with farmers and internal teams
Managing paperwork and fatigue compliance
Ensuring animal welfare and hygiene standards are met
What You'll Need
HR driver's licence (required)
Forklift licence (required)
Proven experience leading a team in a hands‐on role (agriculture, logistics, or similar)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
Willingness to comply with PPE, hygiene, and biosecurity protocols
(Note: You must not keep live poultry, avian species, or pigs at your residence)
