The RoleWe're looking for a creative, organised, and socially fluent part-timer to own the day-to-day of our social presence — from dreaming up unique, brand-aligned content through to posting/schedul ing it, and looking after the community that engages with it.
You'll work closely with the wider marketingteam but should be confident taking ownership of your patch.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content CreationConcept, plan, and create original video and static content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and PinterestBring fresh, on-trend ideas to the table — not just repeating what's worked beforeShoot and edit short-form video (Reels/TikTok) that fits Lo & Co's considered, editorial aesthetic
Posting & SchedulingBuild and manage a content calendar across all four platformsSchedule and publish content, ensuring the right content lands on the right platform at the right timeKeep posting cadence consistent and aligned with campaign and product launch timing
Customer EngagementReply to customer DMs and comments in a warm, knowledgeable, on-brand toneActively engage with the broader Instagram community — liking, commenting,



and resharing relevant contentStay across platform algorithm shifts and adjust engagement tactics to protect and grow reach
Repurposing & Campaign SupportRepurpose collaborator and partner content for our own channelsSupport marketing campaigns by adapting existing creative into fresh formats across platformsIdentify opportunities to extend the life of high-performing content
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Proven experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and/or PinterestA genuine understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and what drives organic reachA strong visual eye, comfortable working within a considered, editorial brand aestheticExcellent written communication — you'll be speaking directly to customersHighly organised, with the ability to manage a multi-platform calendar independentlyConfidence in filming and editing short-form video on your own
Nice to HaveExperience in interiors, design, architecture, or another lifestyle/aesthetic-led categoryFamiliarity with scheduling tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social)Basic photography or videography skills beyond phone content
OPPORTUNITIES
This role sits close to the heart of our marketing team, with real involvement in shaping and driving campaign success rather than just executing a content calendar.
You'll get behind-the-scenes access to campaign shoots and events — capturing and creating content as it happens, not just working from a brief after the fact.
It's an opportunistic role: build your portfolio across video, photography and brand storytelling, develop your understanding of social strategy alongside an experienced marketing team, and help shape the creative direction of a brand with a solid, established aesthetic.
