Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of hospitality professionals
Manage bookings, events, and special functions
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver a high-quality experience
Develop and maintain relationships with guests, ensuring repeat business
About you:




At least 3 years experience in a management role in hospitality
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a high-pressure workplace with a hands-on approach
Passion for delivering excellent service and creating memorable guest experiences
Availability to work evenings and weekends as required
