We are a Food Manufacturer based in South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne that manufacture & supply Chilled & Frozen, Snacks and Meals to major retail chains & foodservice.We're currently looking for reliable, energetic Kitchen Hands to join our Kitchen Team.About the RoleYou'll work closely with our chefs and kitchen team to ensure daily operations run efficiently.Reporting to the Kitchen Head, the main responsibilities include but are not limited tohelping chefs in preparation of cooking batchesmincing & mixing of cooking batches using industrial equipmentmaintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, benches, floors, and storage areasassist with basic food preparation as directedfollow food safety and hygiene standardssupport the team with general kitchen duties as neededThe successful applicant must havea positive attitude and willingness to learnability to work efficiently under pressuregood communication and teamwork skillsavailability to work a versatile roster, including weekendsprevious kitchen experience is a bonus but not essential
