Your responsibilities will include:Delivering safe and effective nursing care in accordance with care plans and clinical guidelinesAdministering medications and monitoring for reactions or side effectsPerforming wound care, vital signs monitoring, and catheter care as neededAssisting with chronic disease management and monitoring health conditionsCollaborating with other health professionals to ensure a coordinated care approachSupporting clients with personal care and mobility where requiredProviding health education and promoting client independenceAccurately documenting care, observations, and any changes in client conditionEscalating concerns to the Registered Nurse or clinical lead as appropriateBuilding trusting relationships with clients, families, and carersUpholding our values of respect, compassion, and excellence in every interactionWhat We're Looking ForMust have at least 12 months of professional experienceCurrent AHPRA registration as an Enrolled NurseA current driver's licence and reliable vehicleCurrent National Police Check, or willingness to obtain oneMust have work rights in AustraliaPrevious experience in community, aged care, or DVA nursing (highly regarded)A genuine passion for client-centered care and service excellenceExcellent clinical judgement and attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFlexibility to travel to support clients in their homesAvailability to start immediately is highly regardedAvailable to work for night shifts
