Eureka Lawyers is seeking a talented
Lawyer (Employment & Industrial)
to join our growing legal practice.
This is a
full-time position
based in our
Perth office
.
As a key member of our Employment & Industrial team, you will provide legal advice and representation to clients across a wide range of employment and industrial relations matters.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in this dynamic practice area while building meaningful client relationships and contributing to the firm's continued success.
What we're looking for
Admission to practise as a lawyer in Western Australia or ability to obtain admission
Minimum 2 years' post-admission experience (ideally in employment and industrial relations law)
Experience in advising on employment contracts, workplace disputes, and industrial relations matters
Strong knowledge of relevant employment legislation, including the Fair Work Act **** (Cth) and state-based employment laws
Demonstrated experience in litigation or dispute resolution within the employment law context
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly to clients
Strong analytical and research capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Skilled judgment and the ability to provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice
Strong client service orientation and relationship management skills
Collaborative approach to working with colleagues and supporting team objectives
Preferred experience:
Experience in a legal practice or in-house legal team




Knowledge of workplace relations strategy and advisory work
Experience with workplace investigations or sensitive workplace matters
