You'll be an integral part of our pharmacy operations—supporting customers, maintaining stock, and assisting with dispensary processes.This role is ideal for someone who is versatile, keen to learn, and looking to grow their career in community pharmacy.

professional customer service and healthcare adviceAssist customers with general product and medication enquiriesConduct over-the-counter sales and product recommendationsOperate point-of-sale systems (FRED POS)Restock shelves and maintain inventory levelsSupport dispensary staff with prescription in/out and order fulfilmentAssist with medication deliveries as requiredFollow instructions from the Retail Manager and Pharmacist on dutyWhat You'll BringA valid Australian driver's licence with a good driving recordPrior Community Pharmacy experienceBasic knowledge of pharmacy products and servicesFamiliarity with FRED POS (highly regarded)Excellent communication and teamwork skillsHigh attention to detail and time managementA proactive attitude and willingness to learnBonus qualificationsS2 & S3 trainingCertificate II or III in Community Pharmacy (highly regarded)Why Join Us?
