Tour & Event Coordinator - Inspire Brands Part-time to start, transitioning to full-timeWe are hitting the road.
As we build toward our biggest national tour yet, we're looking for a Tour & Event Coordinator to help bring it to life - from first spark to final bump-out.This is a hands-on coordination role at the centre of a quick-growing event and community brand in the barbering and hairdressing industry.
You'll work closely with the Founder and a tight-knit team to help plan, coordinate and deliver events that barbers, sponsors and the broader industry genuinely look forward to.What we're looking for:Minimum 3 years' experience coordinating events (medium to large scale preferred)Strong project management and organisational skills - you thrive on structure and follow-throughComfortable managing multiple moving parts, stakeholders and deadlines at onceConfident working to established processes and frameworks,



with the discipline to keep things on track even when it's busyA team player who's calm under pressure and genuinely enjoys the energy of live eventsA good understanding of Social MediaA Background in Hairdressing / Barbering is preferredThe role:Starting at 2-3 days per week, moving to full-time from mid-January **** as we ramp up toward the tourHybrid/flexible working arrangementThe role will involve both Interstate Travel as well as into New ZealandA genuine opportunity to help shape a national tour from the ground up and grow with the brandIf you love events, thrive on detail, and want to be part of something built for a passionate, close-knit industry - we'd love to hear from you.
