As a Disability Support Worker, you'll:Provide social and community participation support (appointments, outings, social groups, sports, community engagement)Encourage skill-building and confidence in everyday lifeOffer companionship and emotional supportHelp participants engage in meaningful activities and pursue their interestsWalk alongside participants as they work towards their NDIS goalsAbout YouYou don't need formal qualifications to apply, what matters most is your attitude and values.
