This role is suited to someone confident running busy evening shifts, leading staff and maintaining strong operational standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise evening and late-night operations across food, beverage, TAB, Keno and gamingLead closing shifts, with a strong focus on closing proceduresDirect and support bar, floor and gaming staff during serviceEnsure compliance with VGCCC, Responsible Service of Alcohol, Responsible Gambling, OH&S;, AML/CTF and venue policiesManage cash handling, end-of-night reconciliations and venue security proceduresMonitor customer behaviour and manage incidents,



refusals of service and conflict professionallyMaintain service, presentation and cleanliness standards throughout the venueMonitor stock levels and report shortages, irregularities and maintenance issuesEscalate significant operational or staffing matters to venue managementSkills & ExperienceMinimum two years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a pub, bar, gaming or hospitality venueStrong experience managing busy evening and late-night shiftsCurrent RSA, RSG and TAB accreditationConfident supervising staff and making operational decisionsStrong communication, conflict resolution and time-management skillsSound knowledge of cash handling, reconciliations and closing proceduresFull working rights in Australia (Sponsorship is NOT available)Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays, with flexibility to take on additional hours when required (Expected hours ***** hours per week)Knowledge of GFR Pro is advantageousReliability, accountability and robust personal presentation are essential
