This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume pub setting and is ready to take the next step in their career.Working closely with the Venue Manager and leadership team, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations, driving exceptional service standards, and developing a strong, high-performing team.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily operations across high-volume lunch and dinner servicesLead service from the floor during peak trading periods and set the standard for the teamTrain, coach, and motivate FOH and BOH team members to deliver consistent guest experiencesAssist with labour management, rostering, stock control, and cost awarenessMaintain service flow, speed,



and presentation during busy trading periodsWork closely with senior leadership to implement service standards and operational improvementsEnsure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and operational proceduresContribute to building a positive, supportive, and high-performing team cultureAbout YouPrevious experience in an Assistant Venue Manager, Duty Manager, or senior hospitality leadership roleStrong experience working in a busy pub, restaurant, or high-volume venue environmentConfident leading teams and managing service during peak periodsExcellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skillsA hands-on leader with a positive attitude and strong work ethicIf you are an experienced hospitality leader looking for your next challenge, we would love to hear from you.
