which gives you more quality time with them24/7 Support and SchedulingBe supported by our team at all times — you can call us 24/7 and see what visits are available for you onlineTraining and Support NetworkHands-on training and continued access to online learning help set you up for successA Career with PurposeBe part of a team that makes lives better and provides peace of mind to families.Responsibilities Of The RoleMaking Lives Better® by:Assisting clients with showering, grooming, dressing, toileting, hygiene, light housekeeping, meals, daily errandsAssisting clients with transfers, ambulation and exercisesProviding companionship and emotional supportTransporting clients to appointments and social eventsAccurate visit documentation and observation on changes in their health or statusWe provide around the clock care, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our client's needs, however we will offer jobs within your availabilityWhy We Will LOVE You!
You are genuinely PASSIONATE about making a differenceYou feel and display empathy, and want to engage with our clientsYou are able to identify and report client care concernsDedicated to those in both the aged care and disability sector, & in helping people to live more fulfilling lives both at home and in the wider communityMust be able to speak and write in English, other languages will be an asset!
Having previous community care experience is a bonus but not a requirementHave a reliable way to get to and from the client's home, own vehicle would be an asset.Mandatory RequirementsMinimum Cert III in Aged Care, Community, Individual Support, Disability or EquivalentNDIS Worker Screener clearance (can be applied for after interview-replaces National Police Check, valid for 5 years)RecommendedUp to date CPR & First Aid CertificatesCovid-19 VaccinationsVisit our web site to find out more:#/connect/jobs
