About the RoleWorking alongside the Business Transformation Lead, you'll play a key role in implementing Ironwood's transformation roadmap.
You'll coordinate business improvement projects, implement and maintain our Ironwood Hub (SharePoint), support the rollout of new systems, oversee SOPs and onboarding, and help embed the operational disciplines that will underpin Ironwood's future growth.This is a practical, hands‐on coordination role supporting Ironwood Australia's business stabilisation and transformation program.
The role has been structured as a part‐time, onsite role across 4 days per week, with school‐friendly hours preferred.Reporting to the Implementation & Transformation Lead, the Transformation & Operations Coordinator provides the structure, documentation, tracking and follow‐up needed to keep approved transformation work moving across the business.Based onsite at our Pampoolah operational office, you'll work closely with teams across administration, customer service, sales, finance and operations within a working timber mill workplace.The role is responsible for keeping transformation work organised, documented and on track.
This includes maintaining the SOP library, coordinating SharePoint and controlled documents, tracking project actions, supporting onboarding administration, maintaining CRM data quality, assisting with KPI dashboard reporting and keeping training records current.Role Focus and FitIn the first 90 days, the focus will be on project tracking, action follow‐up and onboarding coordination.
As the transformation program progresses, CRM coordination,



KPI dashboard support and system maintenance will become a greater focus.This is not a senior leadership or decision‐making role.
It is an important execution and coordination role that works within approved frameworks, escalating decisions, risks and priorities through the Implementation & Transformation Lead.This role would suit someone who enjoys structure, systems, documentation and follow‐through, and who can keep actions, deadlines and information moving in a calm, practical and team‐focused way.The role is part-time across 4 days per week, with school‐friendly hours preferred.
It is offered as a 12‐month fixed‐term role, with review for permanent appointment.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain the SOP library, including document structure, naming conventions, version control and sign‐off recordsCoordinate SharePoint document libraries, controlled document registers, permissions and access managementMaintain project registers, action logs, meeting actions and follow‐up tracking across transformation workstreamsPrepare meeting agendas, record outcomes and distribute action items with owners and deadlinesCoordinate onboarding administration, induction checklists, system access requests and team milestone trackingMaintain CRM data quality, contact records,



pipeline entries and regular data auditsSupport KPI dashboard build, data collection, reporting cadence and version controlMaintain training records, competency matrices, sign‐off dates and expiry tracking across the businessIdentify process gaps and coordinate approved continuous improvement actionsWhat We're Looking ForExperience in project coordination, administration, business operations or systems supportStrong organisation, attention to detail and follow‐throughConfidence working with documents, registers, action logs and business systemsA strong sense of ownership and accountability for keeping work organised and movingTechnically capable, with the ability to learn and work across platforms such as SharePoint, CRM and project toolsA proactive communicator who flags issues early and follows up appropriatelyAbility to work independently within a defined frameworkA calm, reliable and team‐focused approachStrong written communication and documentation skillsSomeone who enjoys structure, systems and continuous improvementAbout Ironwood AustraliaIronwood Australia is a growing regional timber business focused on sustainability, strong operational systems and practical teamwork.
