In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities, assisting them to live independently and participate actively in their community.What you'll be doingRoster - approximately 35 hours per fortnightAssist clients with personal care, such as showering, dressing, and groomingSupport clients with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, housekeeping, and running errandsFacilitate social and recreational activities to promote clients' wellbeing and community engagementAdvocate for clients' rights and needs, and liaise with families, carers, and other professionalsMaintain accurate records and documentation in line with organisational policies and proceduresContribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery by providing feedback and participating in team meetingsWhat we're looking forA passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and a genuine commitment to making a positive difference in their livesExperience in a similar role, preferably in the aged care or disability support sectorExcellent communication and interpersonal skills,
