and contributing to strong cash flow outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end accounts receivable processingGenerate and issue customer invoices and statementsAllocate customer payments and reconcile accountsMonitor outstanding debtor balances and proactively follow up overdue accountsResolve customer account queries in a professional and timely mannerPrepare aged debtor reports and assist with cash flow forecastingAssist with month-end accounts receivable reporting and reconciliationsAssist with accounts payable during peak periods or staff leaveSupport bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliationsAbout YouPrevious experience in an Accounts Receivable or Accounts Officer positionStrong reconciliation skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlinesA proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist across the finance function
