Bayside Health, part of the Alfred Care Group, is recruiting a Mental Health Clinician (OT/SW/SP/RPN Gr4) to join the Community Forensic Youth Mental Health Service in Moorabbin.
The role focuses on secondary consultation, assessments and care team coordination for young people at risk of offending trajectories.You will work with interagency care teams, families and networks, drawing on lived experience and cultural considerations to improve outcomes.
