Your regular working hours will be between 9:00 and 17:00, providing consistency and balance in your day.Your leadership will ensure our residents enjoy nutritious, beautifully prepared meals in a warm, welcoming and wellmanaged environment.Your responsibilities:Leading and mentoring Cooks and Kitchen AssistantsManaging rosters, budgets and daily kitchen operationsOverseeing menu reviews and nutritional standardsMaintaining excellent hygiene, safety and complianceCreating a positive,
respectful and collaborative team cultureWho We are Looking For:Trade Certificate or Diploma in CookeryExperience in Aged Care or similar environment (ideal)Strong leadership and communication skillsAbility to problemsolve and maintain high quality standardsWarm, professional manner and genuine respect for older peoplePossesses strong communication skills in Chinese and or VietnameseUnderstanding of Traditional Asian Meals - Ability to plan and prepare authentic traditional Asian dishes that meet cultural expectations, dietary needs and agedcare nutrition standardsWhy Join Royal Freemasons?
