Building trusted relationships with children, families and the local community
Supporting enrolments, occupancy and the overall performance of the service
Demonstrating experience managing rosters and wages with consideration of wage-to-revenue targets and ratio requirements
Providing coaching and performance development to support team capability
Working closely with the educational leadership team to support high-quality Montessori practice
Ensuring the service meets all regulatory, operational and organisational requirements

About you
You will have:
Proven experience as a Centre Manager, or significant experience as a 2IC with the capability and readiness to step into a Centre Manager role
A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or higher
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards and relevant regulations
A clear understanding of the Victorian Child Safe Standards and Reportable Conduct Scheme
Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing early childhood teams
Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
The confidence to manage competing priorities and make considered decisions
A genuine commitment to child safety and high-quality early childhood education and care
