The Great Aussie Bush Camp is seeking a motivated and reliableCatering Assistantto support our kitchen and dining operations at our Tea GardensCentre.If you like variety, teamwork and hands‐on work, this could be the role for you.HoursMonday to Thursday 3.30 pm to ********* pmAbout the roleAs a Catering Assistant, you'll support the preparation and delivery of meals, assist with service, and help keep our kitchen and dining areas clean, organised and running smoothly.
You'll work closely with cooks and catering colleagues to create positive dining experiences for students, staffand guests.This is a practical, active role where no two shifts are the same and every contribution makes a difference.What you'll be doingAssisting with food preparation and basic cooking tasksSupporting meal service in a friendly and efficient wayMaintaining clean and welcoming dining areasWashing and sanitising dishes, utensils and equipmentHelping with setup, pack‐down and resetting service areasFollowing food safety,
