We are looking for a full-time Monday to Friday, experienced AN-ACC Coordinator.Embracia Moonee Valley is a 141 bed home which offers residential aged care, respite care and specialised dementia care.
You will work in a beautiful environment thatfeels like home for our residents, while offering state-of-the-art innovations that support you to focus on quality care outcomes for our residents.We need an RNwho has-Aged care experienceA robust understandingof AN-ACCKnowledge of Accreditation and local government standardsConsultative approach with residents, staff, colleagues and other stakeholdersAbility to provide staff training and coachingGood analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with assessments and documentation and attention to detailsExperience working in a person-centred care environmentCompetence with IT systems (iCare desirable)
