Ozone Hospitality Services – Melbourne VICOzone Hospitality Services, a leading provider of accommodation services, is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to oversee the housekeeping operations at our hotel in the heart of Melbourne's CBD.
This full-time role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest satisfaction across our property.What you'll be doingManage and lead a team of housekeeping staff, providing direction, training and performance feedbackDevelop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures and schedules to maximise efficiency and qualityInspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are metMonitor inventory and order supplies to maintain appropriate stock levelsLiaise with other departments to resolve any guest queries or issues related to housekeepingPrepare reports and analyse data to identify areas for improvementEnsure compliance with all relevant health, safety and hygiene regulationsWhat we're looking forExtensive experience (minimum 5 years)
