The Role
You'll join the estimating team to take ownership of production estimating duties across both medium-density and detached home projects.
You'll handle take-offs, variations, supplier orders, and cost management through the construction phase.




The workflow is consistent but realistic, with a strong pipeline of work up to ****.
Requirements
Solid production estimating experience within Medium Density or volume buildingStrong knowledge of Australian building standardsConfidence in reading plans, completing take-offs, and issuing POsStrong attention to detail and accuracy under pressureTeam-focused attitude with clear and open communication skillsProficiency in Databuild and MS Office is a bonus but not essential
