We're looking for 3 experienced Event Support Staff to assist at a Professional Development Conference on Tuesday 4 August, with 3 hours required on Tues 28th July in the afternoon.
This role will suit candidates with a background in events or conferencingwho are confident working in a quick-paced environment and can provide professional support throughout the day.
What's involved:
Supporting conference sessions across multiple rooms
Welcoming and assisting presenters and attendees
Managing registration and check-in
Ensuring sessions run smoothly and troubleshooting as required
Assisting with Q&A; sessions
Following the event run sheet and working closely with the event management team
What we're looking for:
Previous events or conference experience
Professional, proactive and confident communication skills
Ability to work independently and use initiative
Reliable,



organised and self-managed
