We are committed to fostering connected teams and empowered people, providing a values-led, modern clinical environment where professionals collaborate seamlessly to deliver amazing care to our community.About the role:Provide advanced clinical nursing care and expert practice guidance across all preadmission, procedural, and recovery phases.Lead clinical decision-making, advanced patient monitoring, and the proactive escalation of clinical deterioration.Coordinate and optimize patient flow, staffing,
